The call for entries to the EMDASH Award 2012 is now closed. The closing date for applications was 9 January 2012.
The winner will be selected by an international panel of artists and curators. The selection committee for 2012 will be: Andrea Dibelius (Founder of the EMDASH Foundation), Ryan Gander (Artist), Rowan Geddis (Residencies Co-ordinator, Gasworks), Udo Kittelmann (Director of the National Gallery, Berlin), Sarah McCrory (Curator, Frieze Foundation), Dr. Matthias Mühling (Curator of the Lenbachhaus Kunstbau, Munich) and Amelie von Wedel (Advisor to the EMDASH Foundation).
After 2011 EMDASH Award winner Anahita Razmi’s critically acclaimed work ‘Roof Piece Tehran’, the selection committee is looking forward to going through proposals for the 2012 EMDASH Award.
The winner of the award will be announced in May 2012.
